This Item is a Very Rare Intel 3301A 1024-bit (256 x 4) Static ROM in White Ceramic in a Dual Inline Package (DIP) as per the Photos.

The 3301A is a fully decoded 1024 bit read only memory (ROM) organized as 256 words by 4 bits.
The 3301A is manufactured using Schottky barrier diode clamped transistors which allows higher switching speeds than those devices made with conventional gold diffusion process

This 3301A was Manufactured during week 16 of 1973 most likely in the USA.

I am unable to test this Chip for functionality so it is being sold for collection purposes only and as such has no warranty or guarantee of being functional.

I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
