This Item is a Very Intel  C2102A-2 1024-bit (1024 x 1) NMOS Static RAM w/Separate I/O in White Ceramic as per the Photos.

The Intel 2102A was used in MITS Altair 8800 and IMSAI 8080 RAM boards 

This Intel C2102A-2 Chip appears to have been manufactured during week 10 of 1975 in Malaysia.

I am unable to test this Chip for functionality so it is being sold for collection purposes only and as such has no warranty or guarantee of being functional.

I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
