This Item is a Lot of 9 Rare Intel C2109-4, 8192-bit (8192 x 1) Dynamic RAM Chips, in a Purple Ceramic DIP with a Stepping Specification of S6003 that are New Old Stock as per the Photos.

These Intel C2109-4 Chips appear to have been manufactured during week 49 of 1977 and weeks 5 & 10 of 1978 in Malaysia.

I am unable to test these Chips for functionality so they are being sold for collection purposes only and as such have no warranty or guarantee of being functional, however because they are New Old Stock, the chances of them being functional are quite high.

I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
