This Item is an Extremely Rare Engineering Sample of an Intel C2113, 2048-bit (512 x 4) Static RAM, in a Grey Ceramic DIP with a Stepping Spec S1618as per the Photos.
The ES Marking on this Chip means that it is an Engineering Sample and as such it is Extremely Rare as very few were used as Engineering Samples
The 2113 RAM is actually a 2114 RAM with defectives bits. It was used as a 512x4 static memory
This Intel C2113 Chip appears to have been manufactured during Week 37 of 1975 in Malaysia.
I am unable to test this Chip for functionality so it is being sold for collection purposes only and as such has no warranty or guarantee of being functional.
I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
