This listing is for a quantity of 9 x Rare NOS (New old Stock) Intel D1103-1 1024-bit Dynamic Random Access Memory Chips in Grey Ceramic with Tin Pins as per the Photos.
The 1103 is a dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) integrated circuit developed and fabricated by Intel.
Introduced in October 1970, the 1103 was the first commercially available DRAM Integrated Circuit.
Due to its small physical size and low price relative to magnetic-core memory, it replaced the latter in many applications
These 9 x Intel D1103-1 DRAM Chips appear to have been manufactured during weeks 4 and 5 of 1979 in Barbados
I am unable to test these RAM Chips for functionality so they are being sold for collection purposes only and as such has no warranty or guarantee of being functional, however as they are New Old Stock, the chances of them being functional are quite high and they will be shipped in their original Tubes.
I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
