This Item is a Lot of 9, Very Rare Intel  D2102A-6 1024-bit (1024 x 1) NMOS Static RAM w/Separate I/O, Chips in Gray Ceramic that are New Old Stock as per the Photos.

The Intel 2102A was used in MITS Altair 8800 and IMSAI 8080 RAM boards 

These Intel D2102A-6 Chips appear to have been manufactured during weeks 33 & 36 of 1975 in Barbados.

I am unable to test these Chips for functionality so they is being sold for collection purposes only and as such have no warranty or guarantee of being functional, however because they are New Old Stock, the chances of them being functional are quite high.

I can assure any buyers that the prices for these vintage Chips will rise significantly over the coming years as they have done so over the past 30 years so it will be a good investment for them as the majority of the older chips have been scrapped for their gold content.
